In the past five years, Erica Spyres has become one of the busiest young actors in Boston. She can be seen and heard on national commercials, corporate videos, voiceovers, and jingles across the country, and is an award-winning actor on the Boston stage.
Clients include: Amica, Uno Chicago Grill, Flooring America, WBZ-TV, Metro Credit Union, Philips Lifeline, and many more.
On stage, Erica has won an IRNE Award for The Light in the Piazza (Best Supporting Actress in a Musical) and was
nominated for an Elliot Norton Award for Time Stands Still (Outstanding Performance by an Actress). She has worked at The Huntington Theatre, Lyric Stage Company, SpeakEasy Stage, New Repertory Theatre, and several other companies, playing a wide variety of roles and learning skills including dialects, puppeteering, and movement.
Erica grew up in the Ozarks singing, acting, and playing the violin (classical and bluegrass) alongside her family who was honored as the Most Musical Family in Missouri by the National Federation of Music Clubs. Growing up in a small, Midwestern town has taught her the importance of remaining sincere and approachable while always working to give a top-tier performance whether on-camera, in the booth, or on the stage.
